Vishal Jeet is the founding force behind GLACER and the Managing Director of Vishaljeet Private Limited. His vision for the company was shaped by a simple, powerful observation: that the people of Jharkhand — and India at large — deserved access to water that was genuinely pure, rigorously tested, and delivered with dignity.
Under his leadership, the company established its facility in Nahar Chowk, Godda, and built a production and quality-assurance system aligned with national FSSAI standards and the rigorous requirements of BIS ISI certification — India's highest mark of product standardisation under the Bureau of Indian Standards. Vishal Jeet personally oversaw the selection of the 7-stage purification technology, insisting on a process that goes beyond regulatory minimum — one that reflects his personal belief that purity is non-negotiable.
